1. Intellectual Property & Fair Use

Grading scales, credit weighting rules, and conversion factors are objective facts (e.g., letter-to-point mappings, percentage ranges) drawn from publicly available documents, government portals, ministry publications, and international education standards (e.g., UNESCO ISCED, ECTS).

2. DMCA & Takedown Procedure

If you are a copyright owner or authorized agent and believe material on this platform infringes your rights, submit a DMCA-compliant notification. To be valid under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), your notice must include:

• A physical or electronic signature of the authorized person.

We will review legitimate notices promptly (aiming for 48–72 hours) and, if valid and applicable, remove or modify the disputed content immediately. We may also forward the notice to the affected user if relevant.

3. Counter-Notices & Disputes

If content is removed based on a notice, you may submit a counter-notice under DMCA procedures. We reserve the right to restore content if the claim is invalid or resolved.
